Nicola Harris was born and schooled in Johannesburg. She graduated from Stellenbosch University with a BComm (Honours) in Economics and then spent 5 and a half years in Sydney working in investment banking with ANZ and then Caliburn Partnership. Nicola returned to South Africa in April 2008 to join the Rand Merchant Bank corporate finance team. Nicola left the corporate world in 2012 with the aim of spending more time on upliftment initiatives including, The Click Foundation, an educational skunkworks she helped set up as a response to the education crisis in South Africa.

Basani Maluleke is an independent consultant focusing on business strategy, execution and leadership development. She has seven years of investment and retail banking experience in the FirsRand Group and three years of legal training with Edward Nathan. Outside of banking and consulting, Basani is passionate about education and leadership development. Consequently, she is a member of the advisory board of the Angola Central Highlands University, she leads forums to advise young professionals on career development and is a mentor. She is also on the advisory board of Ovamba Solutions, Inc which is an Africa focused peer-to-peer lending platform. Basani is an admitted attorney of the High Court. In addition, she holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (United States) as well as a BCom and LLB from the University of Cape Town.
Lelo Rantloane is the founding CEO of Ata Capital and a Trustee of the Click Foundation. He has a BSc. Engineering (Hons) from the University of Cape Town. Prior to his current position, he was Head of Debt Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank AG, Johannesburg Branch. He began his career with Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) as a Transactor in Debt Capital Markets and later became a Transactor in Acquisition and Leveraged. While at RMB, he was appointed as Executive Assistant to the CEOs of FirstRand and FirstRand Bank. Lelo also worked for Morgan Stanley’s Securitised Product Group in London and as a Transactor (on secondment) at the Makalani Management Company.
